My name is Steve, I am a double amputee (Right Arm above elbow and Right Leg below knee) after injuries recieved in a bike smash.

I am a self employed tipper driver and also participate in casualty simulations with the U.K. Armed forces. I have appeared in numerous BBC productions.

Far from destroying my life, my disabilities have enabled me to take part in many activities I would otherwise not have attempted. My greatst achievement so far is winning a 6 week scholarship to learn to fly a light aircraft in South Africa.

So the potential for me to do more is enormous. Life is for living.

I am a trained actress. I have written and performed in a couple of my own plays... and with regards to filming work... I have acted in a sketch on a British TV show, I played a nurse (non speaking role) in a British short film... and mainly worked as a nurse on Holby City and other British TV shows in extra roles.

I am a UK resident, but my sister lives in L.A.

Hi, I'm Ben and am a Right AKA due to an MVC in 2004. Since then I have become actively involve Amputee Awareness as a Peer Visitor for the ACA and a Patient Advocate for OSSUR prosthetics. I enjoy waterskiing, snow skiing and golf. Double below the knee "Nikki"	I am a 30year old, DBKA and 9 fingers (partial fingers) all from Meningococcal Meningitis 15 years ago. My height is adjustable considering I have no legs below knees. I have chosen at the time to be 5'6". I have done medical modeling for a prosthetic company for awhile. I also have some (emphasis on some) equipment modeling for some companies as well. At the present I give inspirational speeches as a survivor for a Meningitis Foundation. I also speak to soon to be or new amputees to help them adjust. Phil appeared in the movie Charlie Wilson's War, as a wounded Afganistanian in a hospital ward. This was his first experience as an extra. He was also responsible for locating about ten other members of his organization, Mutual Amputee Aid Foundation, of which he is President, for the film. He is available for extra work, so long as it doesn't take away completely from his primary profession as a labor relations arbitrator. He has been arbitrating labor-management disputes for about 35 years.

Above the knee Michelle	I'm 27 years old pursuing my music career and I would love to be a part of this. Michelle has worn a prosthetic leg and battled through a significant physical disability to find success as an athlete, a model, and now a singer / songwriter. As much as her prosthesis is a part of her everyday life, it's something she doesn't allow herself to dwell on. “My leg has made me a very strong person. I've been interested in filmmaking since I was 15. My ambition has been to write and direct but since I lost my arm I have become aware of the unique opportunity I now have to get in-front of the camera. I am still very passionate about filmmaking and if my loss can help me further my pursuit of a career in this industry than I am all for it.
